thanks for your comments , we will pay back for you ,don't worry . It was my mistake , just forgot to remind the carrier . We have ability to do DPP service but forgot to apply related documents. Sorry for the careless. Will improve it next time. We finished goods on time but you didn't pay for the balance of payment right away untill the peak season(Black Friday ) came. Thus, we have had paid for a higher rating on express cost.
